Senior Silicon Validation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Silicon Validation Program Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our Hardware Technology Program Management organization, you will be responsible for managing the SoC validation environment in our New Product Introduction (NPI) factories.
In this role, you will work closely with multi-functional software, hardware, product, and silicon engineering teams to drive silicon program schedules, resolve technical issues, and enable new Apple products with innovative silicon.
Responsibilities- Manage a forum that drives factory test software delivery and issue resolution with multi-functional teams: Silicon Validation, Product Engineering, System Hardware and Software, Factory Hardware Test Engineering.
- Debug technical silicon and system issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners.
- Provide clear and focused communication of program risks and status, including issue reporting and tracking.
- Collaborate and facilitate communication across multi-functional engineering teams and their management.
- Bachelor's degree + minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Silicon validation and/or applicable manufacturing experience.
This role offers a competitive salary between $136,300 and $248,700, based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. You will also receive comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and a range of discounted products and free services. Additionally, you may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
