Our Cupertino, California-based team is seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to help design and manufacture our next-generation, high-performance power-efficient processor, system-on-chip (SoC).

This role requires collaboration with internal supply chain group, Apple SoC product and test engineering groups, and external wafer foundries. GAA (Gate All Around) process and device experience is preferred.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and correcting characteristics of FEOL or BEOL process or layout issues that limit product yield and performance.

Additionally, you will design experiments for FEOL and BEOL process module improvements, define and drive statistical yield, electrical test, and defect data analysis with foundries.

Collaboration with foundry partners to execute plans for process and performance improvements and product ramp is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate should have a BS degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience. GAA (Gate All Around) process and device experience is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
