We're seeking an exceptional Senior Hardware Engineering Program Manager to join our team at Apple. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the SoC validation environment in our New Product Introduction (NPI) factories, working closely with multi-functional software, hardware, product, and silicon engineering teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our products. As a Senior Hardware Engineering Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead a forum that drives factory test software delivery and issue resolution with cross-functional teams
  • Debug technical silicon and system issues and drive them to closure by collaborating with key partners
  • Provide clear and focused communication of program risks and status, including issue reporting and tracking
  • Facilitate communication across multi-functional engineering teams and their management

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in silicon validation and/or applicable manufacturing experience

Our base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
