Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Resource Planning Strategist to join our Product, Design & Marketing Operations team at Apple Services.

This role will play a pivotal part in developing and managing resource allocation strategies to align with business objectives, overseeing headcount planning, tracking, and reporting within the organization. You will collaborate closely with other Operations team members, Finance, People, Creative, and Production teams to ensure staffing aligns with strategic goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with individual line of business leads and producers to identify resource needs and priorities, aligning resource strategies with long-term business goals.
  • Act as the point of contact for all headcount-related inquiries, ensuring accurate capture and maintenance of headcount data.
  • Use analytics-based insights and recommendations to make suggestions for improving and refining annual resource planning processes.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on resources across lines of business.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with line of business leads to review resource allocation and capacity.
  • Work with leadership to forecast resource demand and priorities based on in-flight and upcoming initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in resource planning and allocation within a matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of the creative process and creative skillsets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Keynote and storytelling with data.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Flexibility in handling changing priorities and project demands.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in discretionary employee stock programs and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
