Senior Hardware Technology Program Lead

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Technology Program Lead to manage projects involving the design, integration, and launch of innovative hardware technologies for world-renowned Apple products including iPad, iPhone, and MacBook.
As a Senior Hardware Technology Program Lead, you will play a key part in providing Apple customers with the best user-experience in the industry by driving the development and deployment of next-generation display, touch, optical and other sensing technologies.
The Hardware Technology team features a collaborative environment with creative, sensible people and groundbreaking technologies. Engineering excellence is expected and encouraged.
This role requires:
- Managing multi-functional teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Test and Software Engineering to deliver innovative instrumentation and test solutions
- Defining the plan/schedule and managing instrumentation and test through execution
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and effectively communicating overall program status to multi-functional partners and leaderships
- Resolving conflicts and identifying inter-dependencies and issues quickly and efficiently
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including:
- Designing and integrating innovative hardware technologies for Apple products
- Developing and deploying next-generation display, touch, optical and other sensing technologies
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Test, or Optical Engineering)
- At least 3 years of industry experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel internationally
Our total compensation package includes:
- A base salary range of $136,300 - $248,700 per year, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
