Virtual Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telemedicine Clinician to join our team at Galileo. As a Telemedicine Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients through asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video.
Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of clinical experience post-residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care, with a strong interest in digital-first healthcare. You will be comfortable using technology and various applications to deliver care to patients virtually, and possess excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds.
The successful candidate will work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours a week (alternating 12 and 16 hour weeks). At 24+ hours, you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses through our innovative, proprietary app and technology
