Job Title: Home Health Care Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Specialist to join our team at Macas Homecare LLC.
Responsibilities:
- Provide health care services in patients' residences in accordance with an established care plan.
- Perform domestic and household tasks to ensure a comfortable living environment.
- Transport and accompany patients to medical appointments or to the hospital as needed.
- Assist with clients' personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, temperature, respiration, and report on their condition to healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records of patients' care and document provided services.
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies or exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and basic emotional support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in English.
- Caring and compassionate personality.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Spanish speaking skills (preferred).
