Job Title: Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to seniors in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

About the Role:
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements. This may include assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds, as well as pass a background check and TB test.
