Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in a defined target market, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborating with sales teams to develop new business and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Business Development: Lead meetings with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Maersk's products and services to provide expert advice to clients and prospects.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with management and operations teams to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and improve business outcomes.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a robust customer database.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Ensure smooth client onboarding and provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exceed Goals: Surpass revenue goals and improve win probability through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communicator: Build rapport with clients and prospects, negotiate deals, and communicate effectively to drive business outcomes.
  • Organized and Efficient: Manage time and responsibilities well to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Use CRM tools and other software applications effectively to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Problem Solver: Propose innovative supply chain solutions to meet customer needs and improve business outcomes.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 plus sales incentive plan.
  • Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
