Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Rite-Hite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to existing and new customers in the industrial market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, developers, contractors, and end-users
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the industrial market
  • Strong mechanical and electronic comprehension
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
