As a Catering and Event Support Specialist, you will assist the event operations team in executing successful catering orders and events. This role involves:

  • Assisting with event setup, transporting equipment, food, and supplies to designated locations.
  • Serving guests during events and ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Cleaning and breaking down after events conclude.

COMPENSATION:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.00 to $24.50, influenced by various factors such as skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and market data.

This estimate reflects Aramark's good faith and reasonable assessment of compensation for this role at the time of posting.

Responsibilities
- Set up catering and event services according to client specifications and banquet orders.
- Transport and deliver catering food and beverages along with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event equipment as per requests.
- Replenish food and beverage items during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas throughout events.
- Collect and clean up food and beverage items post-service.
- Dismantle and tidy the area after events, returning equipment to proper storage.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all attendees.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Catering experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Compliance with the assigned dress code is required.
- Availability for event-based hours is essential.
- Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as mandated.

This position may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may also be required.
