Responsabilidades del Trabajo

  • Configurar el servicio de catering y eventos de acuerdo con las solicitudes del cliente y el pedido de evento de banquete.
  • Transportar y entregar alimentos y bebidas de catering junto con todos los suministros y equipos necesarios.
  • Preparar sillas, mesas, líneas de buffet y otros equipos de evento según lo solicitado en el pedido de evento de banquete.
  • Reabastecer productos de alimentos y bebidas durante los eventos.
  • Mantener la apariencia y limpieza de las áreas de servicio de alimentos durante los eventos.
  • Recoger y limpiar las entregas de alimentos y bebidas después del servicio.
  • Desmontar y limpiar el área después de la conclusión de los eventos y devolver el equipo a su almacenamiento adecuado.
  • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a todos los invitados.
  • Seguir las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.

Calificaciones

  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en servicio al cliente.
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en catering.
  • Demostrar la capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente con supervisión limitada.
  • Debe seguir el código de vestimenta requerido según lo asignado.
  • Debe estar disponible para trabajar en horarios basados en eventos.
  • Debe poder completar la capacitación en Manejo de Alimentos y Servicio de Alcohol según sea necesario.

Este rol puede tener demandas físicas que incluyen, pero no se limitan a, levantar, doblar, empujar, tirar y/o caminar y estar de pie durante períodos prolongados. Este rol también puede requerir uniformes y/o el uso de Equipos de Protección Personal (EPP).
