Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate product promotion and enhance adoption rates.
  • Oversee the development of new product offerings.
  • Design and execute training programs for marketing strategies.
  • Organize and coordinate promotional events.
  • Manage the recruitment and training processes for the Marketing team.
  • Direct the daily functions of Marketing personnel.
  • Provide ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
  • Evaluate product demand and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial aspects related to product development.
  • Implement and track budgetary allocations.
  • Utilize diverse promotional methods to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience in team leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Preferred familiarity with advertising and public relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional training or education in advertising or public relations is preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-driven and adaptable individual.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
