Role Overview

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with various stakeholders within AWS Marketing to implement solutions aimed at automation, optimization, and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor onboarding and contractual agreements
  • Assist in managing the Marketing Insights budget
  • Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Coordinate projects related to Rhythm of Business activities
  • Manage ticket intake for the Marketing Insights team
  • Engage in additional projects as required
