Role Overview
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with various stakeholders within AWS Marketing to implement solutions aimed at automation, optimization, and process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor onboarding and contractual agreements
- Assist in managing the Marketing Insights budget
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires
- Coordinate projects related to Rhythm of Business activities
- Manage ticket intake for the Marketing Insights team
- Engage in additional projects as required
