Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing department in managing resources, analyzing marketing performance, providing training, and enhancing brand visibility. This position will work in conjunction with the Marketing Director and will be instrumental in supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management:
- Supervise and oversee the stock of marketing materials, ensuring sufficient inventory levels for all promotional efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely acquisition and distribution of marketing resources.
- Establish and maintain systems for tracking and reporting inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
Performance Analysis:
- Examine marketing data to uncover trends, assess campaign success, and offer insights for future marketing endeavors.
- Create and sustain dashboards and regular reports on marketing performance metrics, including return on investment (ROI) analysis, engagement statistics, and market trends.
- Work alongside other departments to integrate data into company-wide analytical initiatives.
Training Management:
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for training instructors.
- Recruit qualified candidates for training roles in partnership with Human Resources.
- Ensure quality control of trainers' certifications and performance evaluations.
- Organize training sessions for the marketing team and instructors.
Brand Support:
- Assist brand ambassadors with marketing tools and resources.
- Develop onboarding procedures and keep the onboarding documentation updated in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor team events and initiatives to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Communications and Branding:
- Draft and distribute strategic communications tailored to specific audiences to ensure alignment and clarity of objectives.
- Create and circulate monthly updates for brand ambassadors to enhance communication.
- Prepare communications for new initiatives as necessary to inform and guide team members on projects or changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Attention to detail is crucial, requiring careful consideration in approaching each responsibility.
Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in an office environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Background in customer service and/or sales is advantageous.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- All employees are expected to comply with privacy and security regulations and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all company and customer data accessed.
- Adherence to the company's Information Security Policy and Procedures is mandatory.
- Immediate reporting of any suspected data compromises or system failures is required.
- Participation in annual Information Security Awareness Training is necessary.
