Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor onboarding and contract management.
  • Support and manage the Marketing Insights Strategy and Execution budget.
  • Develop and maintain content for standard operating procedures.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate projects related to the Rhythm of Business activities.
  • Manage ticket intake for the Marketing Insights Strategy and Execution team.
  • Engage in additional projects as assigned.

The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is tasked with driving revenue, adoption, and growth across a spectrum of accounts, from small to mid-market to enterprise-level customers, including those in the public sector. Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing or operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Workfront.
  • Previous experience in budget management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
