Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate product promotion and adoption.
  • Lead the development of new products.
  • Design and execute training programs for marketing strategies.
  • Organize and coordinate promotional events.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of the marketing team.
  • Direct daily activities of marketing personnel.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Evaluate product demand and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial aspects of product development.
  • Manage and monitor budgets.
  • Utilize various promotional methods to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in team leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Preferred knowledge of advertising and public relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Additional education or training in advertising or public relations is preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable individual.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
