Mortgage Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mortgage Customer Service Representative to join our team at Citizens Bank. As a key member of our Home Mortgage business line, you will play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience and building trust with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Handle service-related inbound customer service calls with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our mortgage products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to customers.
