Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to our members, providing expert guidance on mortgage options and helping them make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our members, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with our mortgage operations teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of mortgage applications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- High school degree and relevant experience in residential mortgage lending.
- Minimum of two years of experience in mortgage lending, with a focus on generating business.
- Demonstrated understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
- Knowledge of agency, non-agency, FHA, VA, and home equity lending guidelines.
- Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one.
