Clinical Nurse II Float Pool PRN

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our Float Pool team at UNC Health Care. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex problems, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and share your expertise with colleagues.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment by adhering to policies and procedures, and reporting any concerns or incidents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
