Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients in the Recovery Room, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs.
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring seamless care transitions and promoting a safe and clean hospital environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit goals and performance improvement activities.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
