As a Clinical Nurse II at UNC Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and inclusive environment. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Float Pool PRN position.
Key Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
- Meet the educational and licensure requirements for the position, including a degree in nursing and a valid North Carolina RN license.
- One year of nursing experience, with a strong foundation in clinical nursing practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
