Job Summary

UNC Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients in the Operating Room
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
  • One (1) year of nursing experience
