We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at RealManage. As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Licensed Community Association Manager and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CAM with tasks such as:
  • Familiarization with Community Governing Documents
  • Board of Director Meetings
    • Prepare meeting materials and notices
    • Coordinate meeting logistics
  • Annual and Organizational Meetings
    • Prepare meeting materials and notices
    • Coordinate meeting logistics
  • Budget Meeting
    • Prepare meeting materials and notices
    • Coordinate meeting logistics

You will also be responsible for:

  • Data entry and Record Updates
    • Update resident information
    • Process email authorizations
    • Update directory consent
    • Process E-voting authorizations
  • Client On-boarding
    • Welcome new clients and residents
    • Update client forms and records
  • Process sales applications and lease applications
  • Process ARC applications
  • Process maintenance requests and violations
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is around $23.50 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and education level. Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, HSA, FSA, education reimbursement, 401K matching, and employee assistance program. We offer 11 paid holidays per year.
