Administrative HR Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) administrator to join our team at Humareso. The successful candidate will have experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on benefits administration and employee relations.
This is a full-time, salary-based position based in Vero Beach, Florida, offering a competitive salary range of $52,000-$62,000.
Main Responsibilities- Manage HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate benefits enrollments for companies
- Provide practical knowledge of workers' comp, FMLA, ADA, and other relevant laws
- Track training for all assigned clients
- Maintain accurate employee records, including new hire setup, I-9 validation, and changes while adhering to local, state, and federal legislation
- Uphold and enforce company policies
- Create and revise job descriptions
- Perform benefits administration, including change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefits information to employees
- Develop and maintain governmental reporting, including EEO-1 reports and Unemployment Insurance responsiveness
- Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
- Ensure healthy onboarding and performance management
- Oversee and conduct exit interviews
- Maintain company directories and organizational charts
- Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures
- Create and monitor performance evaluation programs
