Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) administrator to join our team at Humareso. The successful candidate will have experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on benefits administration and employee relations.

This is a full-time, salary-based position based in Vero Beach, Florida, offering a competitive salary range of $52,000-$62,000.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate benefits enrollments for companies
  • Provide practical knowledge of workers' comp, FMLA, ADA, and other relevant laws
  • Track training for all assigned clients
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including new hire setup, I-9 validation, and changes while adhering to local, state, and federal legislation
  • Uphold and enforce company policies
  • Create and revise job descriptions
  • Perform benefits administration, including change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefits information to employees
  • Develop and maintain governmental reporting, including EEO-1 reports and Unemployment Insurance responsiveness
  • Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Ensure healthy onboarding and performance management
  • Oversee and conduct exit interviews
  • Maintain company directories and organizational charts
  • Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • Create and monitor performance evaluation programs
