About Jon-Don:

Jon-Don collaborates with contractors, facility managers, and business proprietors to supply a diverse range of products essential for tackling their most challenging tasks—whether it’s eliminating a stubborn carpet stain or refurbishing a large warehouse floor.

Since our inception in 1978, we have been delivering not only the necessary products and equipment but also the practical knowledge, hands-on approach, and unwavering reliability that our clients cannot find elsewhere.

With 16 strategically located branches across the United States, we cater to various industries, including carpet cleaning, janitorial services, restoration, and concrete polishing/surface preparation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Prioritize required services and be ready to provide options upon request.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing records and explaining clearly to customers.
  • Prepare estimates by calculating materials, supplies, and labor costs.
  • Document repair orders by detailing symptoms, issues, and causes identified.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and enter repair orders into the service database.
  • Maintain customer relationships by explaining estimates and expected equipment return times, while obtaining and providing contact information.
  • Keep customers informed about completion times, service costs, and potential changes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Set and manage expectations for service delivery for both customers and technicians.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid driver's license.

Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service orientation is a priority.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills are essential.
