Senior Customer Service Specialist

At Nexient, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. We are currently in search of a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through an inbound call system and email communications.
- Provide guidance and clarification on account-related billing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure resolutions align with established Policies, Procedures, and Protocols.
- Conduct thorough research to address customer billing issues effectively.
- Uphold positive customer relationships while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer assistance via phone or email.
- Implement troubleshooting techniques and guide customers through application navigation.
- Assess customer issues and recommend the most suitable solutions based on the information provided.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Relay customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams and suggest potential improvements to processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
Remote Work Requirements:
- Candidates must have a dedicated workspace that minimizes distractions and is conducive to customer service.
- Technology requirements include:
- Operating system: Microsoft Windows 7 or higher.
- Minimum 4 GB of RAM and 60 GB of hard drive storage.
- A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 25 Mbps.
- A wired Ethernet connection is preferred over WiFi.
