Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Manage incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and product or service details. Provide precise and prompt solutions to address concerns and queries.
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, perform surveys, and collect feedback. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Sales Support: Guide customers with product or service suggestions, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities as appropriate. Strive to meet or surpass sales objectives and performance benchmarks.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripts while engaging with customers. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
