The National/Alamo division of Enterprise Mobility presents an exciting opportunity for a Nocturnal Customer Service Specialist (CXR). This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring all customer interactions are positive. The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in the rental process by verifying and documenting essential driver information, thereby facilitating a smooth and timely rental and return experience.
This position offers a competitive compensation of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn monthly performance bonuses reaching up to $2,000. It operates within a unionized environment, requiring flexible availability that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Sunday: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
We are actively seeking candidates for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
- Utilizing company-approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend optional protection products, upgrades, and additional equipment.
- Providing extra assistance by offering directions, maps, local area insights, and relevant service information.
- Handling incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, while resolving issues for customers and vendors.
- Making outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
- Assisting in assessing the condition of rentals upon return.
- Reporting any known customer or vehicle issues to management.
- Continuously enhancing knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational opportunities.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within the last 3 years.
- At least 6 months of employment with the most recent employer.
- Basic proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications is required.
- A valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years is necessary.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the workplace.
