Sales and Service Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Leader to join our team at Sephora. As a Sales and Service Leader, you will be responsible for implementing sales and service experiences that meet Sephora's standards, supporting and coaching team members in selling, service, and operations, and executing our client service model and sales strategies to drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they meet sales and service targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and service performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Sephora's standards and policies, maintaining a professional and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in retail sales or services, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales and service strategies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing store priorities and customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
