Wellness Services Director/RN

ATC Portland is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellness Services Director/RN to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the health services department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the health services department, including medication administration, physician orders, and incident reporting.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement care plans, including resident assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise health services staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and medication assistants.
- Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, therapy, and activities, to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
