We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Genesis Newberg Operations Co LLC. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, senior organizations, and hospital discharge planners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility, Retirement Campus, and Adult Family Home professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective decision-making and efficient admissions and discharges processes.
- Develop and implement marketing materials, monthly marketing plans, and customer satisfaction monitoring and evaluation.
- Organize community education events and presentations, and serve as a community resource.
- Maintain a professional appearance and reputation, and possess the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales experience with a proven ability to close high-quality leads.
- 1+ year of sales experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or retirement community.
- Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for transportation.
