Talent Management Specialist

Quality Support, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to support our government client in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and personnel management, with experience in Federal Government staffing issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Office of the Executive Director and Bureau of Global Talent Management on position classifications and vacancy announcements.
  • Educate VO managers on the position classification and vacancy announcement process.
  • Manage onboarding of all VO staff, including drafting onboarding policies and materials.
  • Initiate and support VO Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) initiatives.
  • Prepare and transmit office-wide communiques on various topics of interest to all VO staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of experience in human resources and/or personnel management.
  • Two (2) years' experience providing personnel-related guidance to hiring managers and senior personnel.
