Job Title: Talent & Culture Manager

At AccorHotels, we are committed to creating a workplace where our colleagues can thrive and grow. We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent & Culture Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract, select, and develop top talent in the hospitality industry.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters engagement, teamwork, and sustainable performance.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing, extending offers, and identifying new recruitment initiatives.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues and handle complaints, settling disputes and resolving conflicts.
  • Assist with workplace safety programs and administer Workers' Compensation claims.
  • Complete payroll administration and manage employee changes.
  • Support hotel committees and organize colleague functions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism in a confidential environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Passion for helping people and recognizing their achievements.
  • Three to five years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Previous recruitment experience and training/facilitating experience required.
  • College/University degree in a related discipline.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $62,000 - $69,000 annually.
