Job Title: Data Management and Reporting Specialist

The Data Management and Reporting Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting effective information dissemination across teams, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management, and providing insightful reports and analysis using Airtable, Excel, and Power BI.

The specialist will contribute to the efficient operation of the organization by facilitating data-driven decision-making and playing a crucial role in the creation of an impactful Executive Conference program by providing timely and relevant data and insights to enhance the conference experience for attendees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate information effectively.
  • Manage and update data repositories, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain tables, reports, and dashboards using Airtable, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide timely and accurate reports.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on data to ensure data integrity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, International Relations, Information Management, Business Analytics).
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, including Airtable, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Complete fluency in English required (written and verbal communication).
  • Knowledge and understanding of key concepts and terminology in the energy sector.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
