Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Associate to join our team at the Medical College of Wisconsin. As an Administrative Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Emergency Medicine department by handling various administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare relevant agendas or materials.
    • Anticipate and take action on administrative tasks, coordinating and leading projects.
    • Coordinate and generate status reports, project reports, and other project-related information.
    • Resolve complex inquiries related to support and departmental issues.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and generate project-related information, including status reports and project reports.
    • Assist in monitoring expenditures and processing payment requests, requisitions, and invoices.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Act as a primary point of contact for various audiences, independently handling email and other correspondences.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and Data Analysis
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations and reports for leadership evaluation.
    • Collect data from multiple sources to prepare reports.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Organize schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries as well as related arrangements.
    • Proofread and format documents to ensure accuracy.
    • Perform other assigned duties, such as mail distribution, screening telephone calls, and coordinating travel.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Minimum Required Education: Associates degree
    • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience
    • Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
