Account Specialist Job Description

C4 Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for selling products and services to our customers, recommending technology solutions to meet their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain our technology to customers through friendly and welcoming communication.
  • Sell and promote products and services to new and existing customers, using techniques such as up-selling, suggestive selling, and offering sales promotions.
  • Work with customers to answer questions regarding service, features, options, upgrades, and billing/payment concerns.
  • Accept and post payments to customer accounts, investigate and resolve billing issues, and confer with other departments to resolve billing issues.
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales background and proven sales track record.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret computer reports.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple work assignments.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
