Job Title: Sales Success Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Success Representative to join our team at IIM Communications. As a Sales Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing established sales territories, analyzing sales statistics, and developing new accounts within an established geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within a designated territory
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to drive client sales revenue
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Personal initiative, assertiveness, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, good judgment, critical thinking, and discretion
