Key Responsibilities

  • Execute human resources and payroll functions while supporting HR operations across various areas including benefits management, employee relations, performance evaluation, onboarding, policy application, recruitment, labor relations, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Maintain personnel records in accordance with company policies and relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Offer guidance and consultation on employment matters and HR policies.
  • Assist department leaders with recruitment, hiring processes, and training for staff to effectively implement facility programs and services.
  • Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies for the care center.
  • Timely processing of employee payroll and benefits on a scheduled basis.
  • Address inquiries from employees and departments regarding payroll information.
  • Collaborate with Center Staffer to ensure accurate labor data reconciliation.
  • Innovate and implement healthcare solutions that enhance systems and processes for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in HR/Payroll Administration.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in recruitment and retention is preferred.
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and knowledge of employment laws, wage regulations, and labor relations.
  • Proficient understanding of payroll processing; experience with Lawson, ADP, and PeopleNet systems is advantageous.
