Key Responsibilities

  • Manage human resources and payroll processing tasks while supporting HR operations across various functions, including benefits management, employee relations, performance evaluation, onboarding, policy enforcement, recruitment, labor relations, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Ensure personnel records are maintained in accordance with company policies and relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support regarding employment matters and HR policies.
  • Assist department leaders with recruitment, hiring processes, and staff orientation/training to effectively implement facility programs and services.
  • Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies for the care center.
  • Administer employee payroll and benefits on a scheduled basis, ensuring timely processing.
  • Address inquiries from employees and departments regarding payroll information.
  • Collaborate with Center Staffer to reconcile labor data and metrics.
  • Contribute to innovative healthcare solutions by creating and implementing new ideas and processes that enhance operational efficiency and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in HR/Payroll Administration.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in recruitment and retention is preferred.
  • Familiarity with administrative practices and regulations related to employment, wage and hour laws, and labor relations.
  • Proficient understanding of payroll processing systems; experience with Lawson, ADP, and PeopleNet is preferred.
