Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Compensation Administration Specialist to support our operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a small team. Proactivity and strong follow-up skills are essential, along with reliability and dependability.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM - 5PM)

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

  • Accurately capture and process weekly timesheets.
  • Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing through our ATS and coordinate with our payroll partner.
  • Engage with employees and clients to ensure timely timesheet approvals.
  • Onboard new hires into the payroll system.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly invoices.
  • Compile and prepare backup files for distribution to clients as necessary.
  • Request new Purchase Order numbers from clients in advance of new hires, when applicable.
  • Maintain an updated roster of all Purchase Order numbers.
  • Follow up with new hires to clarify payroll procedures.
  • Disseminate payroll memos and announcements.
  • Address and manage payroll-related inquiries.
  • Oversee benefit allocations.
  • Create and issue rate letters for specific clients as needed.
  • Generate and analyze bi-weekly Accounts Receivable reports.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables with clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Resourceful with a keen ability to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and personable approach.
Educational Background

A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
