Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Life Care Center of Attleboro. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed by the healthcare team.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities and progress.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
