Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-impact scripts for video and static advertisements that drive conversions and scalability.
  • Create persuasive copy for upsell funnel pages, advertisements, landing pages, and other significant projects.
  • Continuously refine and enhance copy to improve conversion rates and exceed performance benchmarks, particularly in acquiring new customers.
  • Engage deeply with our diverse product offerings to craft tailored and compelling content.
  • Develop and polish scripts for long-form videos and engaging sales letters.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior copywriters.
  • Conduct in-depth research to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all written materials.
  • Lead and inspire creative direction for major projects, including overseeing video production as necessary.
  • Edit and enhance colleagues' writing to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers, video editors, and product development teams to create cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in high-volume creative writing.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in fields such as Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Marketing, or Communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience writing for health and wellness-focused marketing funnels.

The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, with a competitive salary package that may include variable compensation based on factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
