About the Role:
As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative at SC State Credit Union, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our diverse member base. Your primary responsibility will be to assist members with their inquiries and transactions in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with account inquiries and transactions in both English and Spanish
- Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and uphold our standards of excellence
- Regularly update your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Active listening skills to fully understand member needs and provide tailored solutions
- High level of empathy to connect with members and make them feel valued and understood
- Problem-solving abilities to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Professional demeanor and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with varying member needs
- Time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
