Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive at Wencor Group plays a crucial role in promoting and selling our corporate offerings within the aerospace sector. This position focuses on achieving sales targets through strategic engagement with both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate how our offerings can fulfill those needs.
  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Track quote activities and keep clients updated on their inquiries.
  • Establish long-term agreements for repair contracts.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales objectives.
  • Respond to client inquiries and highlight product features tailored to their specific needs.
  • Assist in collection efforts and gather insights on competitors.
  • Work in tandem with Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Update sales operations systems with relevant information.
  • Conduct market research and analyze requests for quotations (RFQs).
  • Support marketing initiatives at industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Be available for urgent customer calls related to aircraft on ground (AOG) situations.

  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with the aviation industry is essential.
