Position Overview:
As a Residential Sales Specialist, your primary objective is to act as a reliable advisor throughout the home purchasing process, helping clients navigate what can often feel like a daunting experience, and making their dreams of homeownership a reality.
You will be trained in the Starlight Sales process while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role offers the chance to be part of a team that is committed to establishing a strong foundation of values and culture, with aspirations to elevate the company to new heights.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the sales process and provide outstanding customer service in line with Starlight Homes training.
2. Develop, practice, and deliver an effective sales presentation in accordance with company guidelines.
3. Engage with potential clients, follow up with interested prospects, and schedule appointments.
4. Convert leads into prospective customers and maintain consistent communication with clients who are under contract.
5. Build and sustain productive relationships with real estate professionals (e.g., visiting real estate offices, networking).
6. Stay informed about community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas, and shopping centers to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
2. Valid/Active Driver's License required.
3. Availability to work weekends (with either Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday off).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software applications.
