Objective: The HubSpot CRM Specialist is responsible for the daily management, configuration, and personalization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This position plays a crucial role within the systems team, overseeing software applications and systems that support the organization.
At Lingraphica, we utilize HubSpot as our primary CRM platform, where we maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and essential data to ensure the efficient operation of our business. The responsibilities of the CRM Specialist encompass managing properties, generating reports, and automating workflows.
This role necessitates regular collaboration with various business units that utilize the HubSpot platform within Lingraphica. The CRM Specialist organizes their workload through a ticketing system integrated within HubSpot, working alongside their colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure the CRM system to align with business needs by collaborating with stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple departments.
- Oversee the management of the HubSpot CRM system, leveraging Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.
- Administer all CRM functionalities related to the aforementioned Hubs, including but not limited to objects, pipelines, properties, workflows, lists, reports & dashboards, and user settings.
- Ensure data integrity within the CRM by conducting routine audits and implementing necessary processes and tools.
- Address initial inquiries regarding CRM properties, workflows, and reports, while partnering with the internal engineering team to resolve more complex issues.
- Maintain accountability for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times as tracked in the ticketing system.
- Contribute significantly to the development of internal documentation and training materials to promote effective use of the CRM system within Lingraphica.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of effectively communicating (both verbally and in writing) with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Operates independently with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
- A creative, adaptable, and innovative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred in a technical field or marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a Customer Relationship Management system, specifically HubSpot.

Work Environment:
This position may allow for remote work or be based in an office setting. The work environment resembles that of a standard office, with a low to moderate noise level.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel to the company’s headquarters and other locations within the continental United States for meetings or conferences may be necessary.
