We are seeking a motivated professional with an inclusive approach to take on the role of Sales Team Supervisor.

Your positive demeanor and ability to engage with customers will energize the sales floor and motivate Sales Associates. Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, you will guide your team to not only meet but exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. With a keen eye on the sales environment, you will manage staffing levels to guarantee personalized attention for every customer. As a mentor, you will coach and inspire your team to achieve their sales objectives and deliver outstanding performance consistently. You will provide constructive feedback and thoughtful guidance to Sales Associates, preparing them for advancement within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

Oversee the designated sales team and manage associate responsibilities in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager. Mentor Department Specialists and associates to ensure exceptional performance while maintaining a strong presence in the department.

Product Knowledge

Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to train and develop associates on product knowledge, customer service, operations, and company policies. Stay informed about new store initiatives and effectively communicate changes to the team, ensuring smooth implementation.

Results Driven

Focus on promoting sales and maintaining awareness of current and upcoming products. Analyze KPI results in partnership with Assistant Store Managers to identify opportunities for improvement and corrective actions.

Communication and Teamwork

Regularly communicate with the relevant Assistant Store Manager to review business outcomes, execution of strategies, customer feedback, and associate performance. Ensure all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service by setting clear expectations and modeling exemplary behaviors.

Qualifications:

A keen sense of personal style with a passion for design and home furnishings. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Full-Time roles: Flexibility to work various hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Part-Time roles: Availability to work on weekends and at least one weekday or evening.
