Role Responsibilities
- The Grocery Retail Account Specialist will effectively manage their designated territory through store visits, surveys, and assigned tasks. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
- This position is part-time, requiring 16 hours per week over 2 days.
- Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour.
- Responsibilities include selling, merchandising, and maintaining distribution across various accounts.
- Utilize technology to enhance efficiency in completing tasks.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift and bend for extended periods.
- This role necessitates independent work, following directions, and possessing strong communication skills.
Key Duties
- Retail responsibilities include ordering products and restocking shelves.
- Conduct audits and light merchandising in grocery stores.
- Travel to various retail locations as required.
- Ensure accurate representation of client products on store shelves.
- Report findings and data to management using a designated app.
- Maintain a safe working environment in stores.
- Adhere to attendance and dress code policies.
- Must be capable of performing physical activities, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Comply with additional guidelines set by the Store Team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Proof of automobile insurance is necessary.
- Must have a reliable phone and internet service for daily communication.
- Travel to stores within the assigned territory is required for retail tasks and audits.
