We are seeking a motivated individual with an inclusive approach to take on the role of Sales Team Supervisor.

Your positive demeanor and ability to engage with customers will energize the sales floor and motivate your Sales Associates. Working closely with the Assistant Store Manager, you will guide your team to not only meet but exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. By monitoring the sales environment, you will adjust staffing as necessary to guarantee that every customer receives personalized attention. As a mentor, you will coach and inspire your team to achieve their sales objectives and deliver outstanding performance daily. You will provide constructive feedback and valuable guidance to Sales Associates, preparing them for future advancement within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

Oversee the designated sales team and manage associate responsibilities in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager. Mentor Department Specialists and associates on achieving exceptional performance while maintaining a strong presence in the department.

Product Knowledge

Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to train and develop associates on product knowledge, customer service, operations, and company policies. Stay informed about new store initiatives and communicate updates to the team, ensuring smooth implementation across the store.

Results Driven

Focus on promoting sales and maintaining awareness of current inventory levels. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with Assistant Store Managers to identify opportunities for improvement.

Communication and Teamwork

Regularly communicate with the relevant Assistant Store Manager to discuss business outcomes, execution of strategies, customer feedback, and associate performance. Ensure all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service by setting clear expectations and modeling desired behaviors.

Qualifications:

A keen sense of personal style and a passion for design and home furnishings. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Full-Time roles: Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Part-Time roles: Availability to work multiple weekend days and at least one weekday or evening.
